                    [0] => Objective: The financial information acts as an important analysis and decision resource in the context of organizations. However, organizations should consider handling this information in a structured manner so that it can be used at the management level of the organization.
Methods: This research was carried out with the managers of the Commercial and Industrial Association of Marília (CIAM), a class entity in the city of Marília, in the state of São Paulo. To conduct the research, the case study method was used, thus identifying important perceptions of the subjects, as well as positive and negative aspects related to information as resources in the context of CIAM.
Results: As a result, structured parameters were built to carry out the organizational financial intelligence process considering the entire structure identified in CIAM.
Conclusions:  The research recommends that other aspects related to information, such as knowledge management and the construction of knowledge networks, be built at CIAM, and with that, the entity can make better use of this resource in a structured way.@en
                    [1] => Objetivo: As informações financeiras atuam como importante recurso de análise e decisão no contexto das organizações. Porém, as organizações devem considerar realizar o tratamento dessas informações de maneira estruturada de modo que estas possam ser utilizadas no nível gerencial da organização.
Método: Esta pesquisa foi realizada com os gestores da Associação Comercial e Industrial de Marília (ACIM), entidade de classe da cidade de Marília, no estado de São Paulo. Para a realização da pesquisa, foi utilizado o método de estudo de caso, identificando assim importantes percepções dos sujeitos, bem como aspectos positivos e negativos relacionados a informações enquanto recursos no contexto da ACIM.
Resultado: Como resultado, construíram-se parâmetros estruturados para a realização do processo de inteligência financeira organizacional considerando toda a estrutura identificada na ACIM.
Conclusões: A pesquisa recomenda que outros aspectos relacionados com a informação, como a gestão do conhecimento e a construção de redes de conhecimento sejam construídos na ACIM, e com isso, a entidade pode fazer um melhor uso desse recurso de maneira estruturada.@pt
