It highlights, under a critical reflective perspective the limitation and possibilities of these resources in face of the following questions: democratization of access, use in daily activities of schools and influence on continued improvement of teachers. It concludes that this technological revolution is irreversible. Therefore , it is necessary to assure that these resources can be used for the wellbeing of mankind, and not as means of exclusion.

Ressalta, sob a perspectiva crítico-reflexiva, as limitações e possibilidades desses recursos, em frente às questões: democratização de acesso, utilização no cotidiano escolar, influência na formação continuada do professor. Conclui que essa revolução tecnológica é irreversível e faz-se necessário assegurar que esses recursos sejam utilizados para o bem-estar da humanidade e não para fins de exclusão.
