                                            [0] => Burnout syndrome is a problem in healthcare workers in the field of health and education. From the 1970s to the present it has been the focus of growing interest in various research. The professional attrition of teachers, in particular, has been addressed in studies published in journals of scientific relevance, which highlights a phenomenon in the educational field that is of concern in different contexts. Conceptual cartographic diving is proposed in SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) of the most cited articles related to teacher burnout. We work on theoretical categories that allow us to penetrate discussions about burnout in teaching through the use of the software QDA Miner 5 and WordStat 7. The analysis allows us to review psychosocial contributions regarding the syndrome in literature, feedback questions, and anticipate new concerns in relation to recent and impact investigations.

El síndrome de burnout es un problema muy problemático para los trabajadores de la salud en el campo de la salud y la educación. Desde los años setenta hasta la actualidad, ha sido foco de creciente interés en varias investigaciones. El vestuario profesional docente - en particular - ha sido abordado en estudios publicados en revistas de relevancia científica, lo que visibiliza un fenómeno en el plan educativo que concierne en diferentes contextos. Se propone un recurso cartográfico conceptual en SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) de los artículos más citados referidos al agotamiento docente. Las categorías teóricas se utilizan para permitir discusiones sobre el agotamiento. en la docencia mediante el uso del software QDA Miner 5 y WordStat 7. El análisis permite revisar las contribuciones psicosociales sobre el síndrome en la literatura, dar retroalimentación a las preguntas y alertar sobre nuevas inquietudes sobre investigaciones recientes e impactantes.
