                    [0] => This scientific article discusses the importance of technology transfer for the development of digital skills in education. With the rapid advancement of technology, it is essential that educators and students are prepared to deal with digital tools. Technology transfer can help achieve this goal by allowing educational institutions to have access to updated equipment and software. An exploratory study was conducted for teachers in public elementary schools, and the results showed that technology transfer helped teachers improve their digital skills and also improved their engagement in the classroom. Additionally, the article discusses the importance of collaboration between schools, teachers, and educational networks. This can be achieved through training programs, technical support, and ongoing assistance to ensure the effective use of technology in the classroom. Finally, the study highlights the need for a change in the elementary school culture to encourage the use of technology and improve digital skills. Educators should become innovation leaders in their schools, creating an environment conducive to technology transfer and the development of digital competencies.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo científico discute a importância da transferência de tecnologia para o desenvolvimento de competências digitais na educação. Com o rápido avanço da tecnologia, é essencial que os educadores e estudantes estejam preparados para lidar com as ferramentas digitais. A transferência de tecnologia pode ajudar a alcançar esse objetivo, permitindo que instituições de ensino tenham acesso a equipamentos e software atualizados. O artigo apresenta um estudo exploratório aplicado para docentes de escolas públicas do ensino fundamental. Os resultados mostraram que a transferência de tecnologia ajudou os professores a aprimorar suas habilidades digitais e também melhorou o engajamento dos docentes em suas aulas. Além disso, o artigo discute a importância da colaboração escolas com os docentes e redes de ensino.  Isso pode ser alcançado por meio de programas de treinamento, suporte técnico e assistência contínua para garantir o uso efetivo da tecnologia em sala de aula. Por fim, o estudo destaca a necessidade de uma mudança na cultura escolar do ensino fundamental para incentivar o uso da tecnologia e aprimorar as habilidades digitais. Os educadores devem se tornar líderes de inovação em suas escolas, criando um ambiente propício para a transferência de tecnologia e o desenvolvimento de competências digitais.@pt
