                    [0] => The objective of this research is to understand the growth of the solidarity economy and family farming through the potential of the public policy programs of the Federal Government PAA and PNAE, in the city of Bom Jardim in the state of Maranhão, which is 278 km away from the capital São Luís. In Brazil, family farming gained relevance from 1990 onwards, with a guarantee of generating employment, income, and quality food. Solidarity economy expresses a way of organizing production, marketing, finance, and consumption, which favors associated work, self-management, cooperation, and sustainability. The Food Acquisition Program (PAA) and the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) are considered one of the largest public policy programs currently. The municipality of Bom Jardim in the state of Maranhão is in the region of Vale do Pindaré, the climate favors to have a high power of agricultural production by presenting satisfactory geographic coordinates for being part of the Legal Amazon region. An activity that has been growing in this region since 2017 is fish farming. The methodology used is field and bibliographical research. The results derived from an advance of family farmers; however, it is necessary that farmers have financial incentives and support instruments in the production of their products, making them feel valued in their economic undertakings in solidarity with their work and participating in the public policy programs of the Federal Government, as this is a way of combating poverty and the rural exodus.@en
                    [1] => O objetivo dessa pesquisa é compreender o crescimento da economia solidária e da agricultura familiar por meio das potencialidades dos programas de políticas públicas do Governo Federal PAA e PNAE, na cidade de Bom Jardim no estado do Maranhão que fica distante da capital São Luís 278 km. No Brasil a agricultura familiar ganhou relevância a partir de 1990, com uma garantia de gerar emprego, renda e alimentação de qualidade. A economia solidária expressa um modo de organização da produção, da comercialização, das finanças e do consumo, que privilegia o trabalho associado, a autogestão, a cooperação e a sustentabilidade. O Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA) e o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE), são considerados um dos maiores programas de política publica atualmente. O município de Bom Jardim no estado Maranhão se localiza na região do Vale do Pindaré, o clima favorece para ter um alto poder de produção agrícola por apresentar coordenadas geográficas satisfatórias por fazer parte da região da Amazônia Legal. Uma atividade que está crescendo nessa região desde 2017 é a piscicultura. A metodologia utilizada é pesquisa de campo e bibliográfica. Os resultados derivaram de um avanço dos agricultores familiares; no entanto é necessário que os agricultores tenham incentivos financeiros e instrumentos de apoio na produção de seus produtos, fazendo com que se sintam valorizados nos seus empreendimento econômicos solidários por seu trabalho e participem dos programas de políticas públicas do Governo Federal sendo essa uma forma de combater a pobreza e o êxodo rural.@pt
