                    [0] => This research aims to analyze the solidarity economy and the challenges of rural female entrepreneurship in the Association of Colonies. The choice of a female sample is essentially due to the fact that the insertion of women in the productive system constitutes a privileged factor in the analysis of the transformations that have been taking place with the feminine in modernity. This study aims to evaluate theoretical discussions for a brief reflection on issues that permeate the theme of female entrepreneurship and the challenges that surround it, namely, the solidarity economy and e-commerce, aiming to articulate the influence that one exerts on the other in the face of of the current entrepreneurship scenario. Data collection took place through in loco observation analysis, which provided accessibility to data referring to the Community Kitchen Project. As a result, it was found that, from the work in the Associação das Colônias, women established important relationships between them, leading to their visibility and identity, through professionalization and consequent improvement of the quality of life through material achievements. This promoted its insertion in the public space, extrapolating the private space. The importance of encouraging and producing regional products is also highlighted, bringing results that are not immediately measurable, such as the generation of wealth and technological development. The weaknesses and challenges highlighted are associated with the lack of strategic planning and knowledge of basic management and economic tools, still without autonomy to manage the complete process and lack of knowledge of the profit margin and break-even point.@en
                    [1] => Essa pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a economia solidária e os desafios do empreendedorismo feminino rural na Associação das Colônias. A escolha de uma amostra feminina deve-se, essencialmente, ao fato de que a inserção da mulher no sistema produtivo constitui um fator privilegiado de análise das transformações que vêm ocorrendo com o feminino na modernidade. Esse estudo tem como objetivo avaliar discussões teóricas para uma breve reflexão sobre questões que permeiam o tema empreendedorismo feminino e os desafios que o cercam, sendo estes, a economia solidária e o e-commerce, almejando articular a influência que um exerce sobre o outro diante do cenário do empreendedorismo atual. A coleta de dados deu-se por meio da análise observação in loco, onde se teve acesso aos dados referentes ao Projeto Cozinnha Comunitária. Como resultado verificou-se que, a partir do trabalho na Associação das Colônias as mulheres estabeleceram relações importantes entre elas, levando à sua visibilidade e identidade, por meio da profissionalização e consequente melhoria da qualidade de vida por meio de conquistas materiais. Isso promoveu sua inserção no espaço público, extrapolando o espaço privado. Ressalta-se também a importância do incentivo e produção de produtos regionais, trazendo resultados não mensuráveis de imediato, como geração de riqueza e desenvolvimento tecnológico. As fragilidades e os desafios destacados estão associadas à falta de planejamento estratégico e do conhecimento de ferramentas básicas de gestão e economia, ainda sem autonomia para gerenciar o processo completo e desconhecimento da margem de lucro e ponto de equilíbrio.@pt
