                    [0] => Technological-based companies (EBT) are organizations that have a great capacity to change the national and logical economic reality. Northeastern universities have numerous ways to encourage the emergence of these ventures, however, they do not have a source to organize and mediate information about them for the whole of society. In this sense, the objective of this research is to propose the constitution of a source of information, useful for society in general, whose purpose is to mediate information on the EBT of federal universities in the northeast region. This is a descriptive research, using a qualitative approach. It was noticed that universities in the Northeast do not have a source of information on EBT, there are only forms of incentives on official websites, which makes it difficult for society and the university to access these companies.                     [1] => As empresas de Base Tecnológica (EBT) são organizações que possuem grande capacidade para modificar a realidade econômica logal e nacional. As universidades do nordeste possuem inúmeras formas para incentivar o surgimento desses empreendimentos, entretanto, não possuem uma fonte para organizar e mediar informações sobre elas para toda a sociedade. Nessse sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa é propor a constituição de uma fonte de informação, útil para a sociedade em geral, cuja finalidade seja mediar informações sobre às EBT das universidades federais da região nordeste. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, numa abordagem qualitativa. Percebeu-se que as universidades do nordeste não possuem uma fonte de informação sobre EBT, existindo apenas nos sites oficiais as formas de incentivo, o que dificulta o acesso sobre essas empresas tanto pela sociedade quanto pela própria universidade. Esta proposta pode ser adaptada para quaisquer instituições de ensino superior (IES), sendo necessário, apenas, que se faça o uso de algumas ferramentas oferecidas pelas TIC, como também de softwares específicos.@pt
