                                            [0] => The National School Feeding Program (NSFP) aims to provide healthy and quality food to students in the public school system. The success of the program as an inducer of local development depends on the level of relationship between municipal management and family farmers. This study aimed to analyze the process of implementing NSFP, in the municipality of Marapanim in the state of Pará, based on the management of the program at the local level and the social organizations involved. The research of qualitative approach was developed by the method of case study with field survey, bibliographic and documentary. As of 2018, the municipality has complied with the program guidelines for the purchase of foodstuffs from family farming, but the lack of transparency in the process hinders the broad participation of farmers. It was observed that there is a need for greater articulation between the technician in charge of the program and the secretary of agriculture, the technical assistance agency and farmers so that what is produced in the municipality can make up the public call menu.
                                            [1] => O Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE) tem como objetivo fornecer alimentação saudável e com qualidade para os estudantes da rede pública. O sucesso do programa como indutor de desenvolvimento depende do nível de relação entre a gestão municipal e os agricultores familiares. Este estudo teve por objetivo analisar o processo de implementação do PNAE, no município de Marapanim no estado do Pará, a partir da gestão do programa em nível local e das organizações sociais envolvidas. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa foi desenvolvida pelo método de estudo de caso com levantamento de campo, bibliográfico e documental. A partir de 2018 o município tem realizado o cumprimento das diretrizes do programa para a compra de gêneros alimentícios da agricultura familiar, mas a falta de transparência no processo dificulta a ampla participação de agricultores. Observou-se que é necessário haver maior articulação entre o responsável técnico pelo programa e a secretaria de agricultura, órgão de assistência técnica e agricultores sobre o que é produzido no município para que possa compor o cardápio da chamada pública.
