                    [0] => It highlights information such as arguments in defense of the maintenance and improvement of the public support structure for health services, especially due to emergency of the new coronavirus pandemic and the urgency of actions to contain the spread of Covid 19. It analyzes the situation from its actors, the events and the relationships present in it, arguing that scientific production and communication are crucial factors in understanding the disease and its effects, in the search for possible, if not effective, at least risk-reducing solutions. It points to the imminence of a total dismantling of public structures, after the pandemic, with the resumption of the privatization process, suspended due to the urgent needs for its maintenance and use. In the current context of perverse capitalism, coupled with an intimidating policy of scientific knowledge, critical thinking, social movements, and collective actions, strengthening public information, education and health structures is crucial for overcoming the crisis.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo destaca informações como argumentos em defesa da manutenção e aprimoramento da estrutura pública de apoio aos serviços de saúde, de modo especial, diante da emergência da pandemia do novo coronavírus e da urgência de ações para conter a disseminação da Covid 19. Analisa a conjuntura, a partir de seus atores, dos acontecimentos e das relações nela presentes, argumentando que a produção e a comunicação científicas são fatores cruciais para compreender a doença e seus efeitos, na busca de soluções possíveis, se não efetivas ao menos redutoras de riscos. Aponta para a iminência de um desmonte total das estruturas públicas, pós pandemia, com a retomada do processo de privatização, suspenso temporariamente devido às necessidades urgentes de sua manutenção e uso. No atual contexto de capitalismo perverso, aliado a uma política intimidatória do conhecimento científico, do pensamento crítico, dos movimentos sociais e das ações coletiva; o fortalecimento das estruturas públicas de informação, educação e saúde é crucial para a superação da crise.@pt
