                    [0] => After the Second World War, the organization of the currently hegemonic Agri-Food Systems began. These systems gave rise to large transnational corporations that gradually started to control food value chains. In addition, the organizational model in the food sector has had profound environmental, economic, social and cultural impacts. Currently, international agreements about global development and the emergent demands of urban consumers require new guiding principles and criteria for structuring these systems. The formation of Sustainable Agri-Food Systems requires a structural transformation of the hegemonic model. However, this change will only be achieved based on the construction of a new social contract. A coalition forces that pressure the State to implement public policies that ensure food as a fundamental human right.@en
                    [1] => A partir da II Guerra Mundial, teve início a organização dos Sistemas Agroalimentares atualmente hegemônicos. Estes sistemas deram origem a grandes corporações transnacionais que progressivamente passaram a controlar as cadeias de valor vinculadas à alimentação. Além disso, este modelo de organização do setor alimentar provocou profundos impactos ambientais, econômicos, sociais e culturais. Atualmente, os acordos internacionais sobre desenvolvimento e as demandas emergentes dos consumidores urbanos exigem novos princípios orientadores e critérios de estruturação desses sistemas. A conformação de Sistemas Agroalimentares Sustentáveis exige uma transformação estrutural do modelo hegemônico. Porém, esta mudança só será alcançada com base na construção de um novo pacto social. Uma coalizão de forças que pressione o Estado para implementar políticas públicas que assegurem a alimentação como um direito humano fundamental.@pt
