                                            [0] => This work aims to expose the second stage of the research, now in progress, initiated in the PIBIC/CNPq 2019/2020 quota, followed by 2020/2021, whose objective is to elaborate a theoretical methodological proposal of educational and cultural actions to the Community of Countries of Portuguese language -CPLP. After surveying the actions in the Brazilian archives, the second phase seeks to address the following questioning: Are there educational-cultural actions in the archives of Portugal? The research was carried out through the websites of the 18 District Archives of Portugal, the websites and social networks of the CPLP member countries and the website and social media of the Archive of Loulé. It is interpretive research, qualitative, exploratory and descriptive. The initiatives that have been carried out within the context of the archives of these institutions were analyzed and the way in which they have sought to disseminate these actions through the internet, as this tool provides visibility worldwide, especially in the midst of the COVID -19 pandemic. It is concluded that, to solve these difficulties, a new perception of the archive is necessary, as well as a structuring of the sites to disseminate actions performed so that the user has access to information in a dynamic and playful way, regardless of which part of the world is accessing. Regarding the CPLP member countries, the data reveal that 3 countries do not have an institutional website or social networks of their archives for the dissemination of their actions on the internet. In this perspective, it was noticed that the actions developed in the Archive of the Municipality of Loulé that make up the District of Faro, proved to be effective in a Pandemic context.
                                            [1] => Esse trabalho visa expor a segunda etapa da pesquisa, ora em andamento, iniciada na cota PIBIC/CNPq 2019/2020, seguindo-se em 2020/2021, cujo objetivo é elaborar uma proposta teórico metodológica de ações educativo-culturais à Comunidade de Países de Língua Portuguesa -CPLP. Após levantamento das ações nos arquivos brasileiros, a segunda fase busca atender a seguinte problematização: Existem ações educativo-culturais nos arquivos de Portugal? A pesquisa foi realizada por meio dos websites dos 18 Arquivos distritais de Portugal, dos sites e redes sociais dos países membros da CPLP e do site e mídias sociais do Arquivo de Loulé. Trata-se de uma pesquisa interpretativista, de caráter qualitativo, exploratório e descritivo. Analisou-se as iniciativas que vêm sendo realizadas mediante o contexto dos arquivos dessas instituições e a forma como elas tem buscado difundir essas ações por meio da internet, à medida que essa ferramenta possibilita uma visibilidade no âmbito mundial, principalmente em meio a pandemia da COVID-19. Conclui-se que, para solucionar essas dificuldades, é necessária uma nova percepção do arquivo e uma estruturação dos sites para difundir ações executadas de forma que o usuário tenha acesso a informações de maneira dinâmica e lúdica, independente de qual parte do mundo esteja acessando. Sobre os países membros da CPLP, os dados revelam que 3 países não possuem site institucional e nem redes sociais de seus arquivos para divulgação de suas ações na internet. Nessa perspectiva, percebeu-se que as ações desenvolvidas no Arquivo do Concelho de Loulé que compõem o Distrito do Faro, mostraram-se eficazes em contexto pandêmico.
