It presents the logic that guided the systematization of the rarity criteria of the History of Sciences and Health Library for the treatment of its collection. Such work aims to identify what is valuable in your collection, especially in the bibliographic aspect and guidelines for bibliographic description detailing the characteristics existing in the specimen. The appropriation of this instrument will allow greater efficiency in bibliographic retrieval as well as the recording of memory, subsidies for the inclusion of items in preventive conservation projects, for the security of the collection, among other dimensions of the management of special collections.


 





 
 

 


 
                                            [1] => Il présente la logique qui a guidé la systématisation des critères de rareté de la Bibliothèque d'Histoire des Sciences et de la Santé pour le traitement de sa collection. Ce travail vise à identifier ce qui est précieux dans votre collection, en particulier dans l'aspect bibliographique et les lignes directrices pour la description bibliographique détaillant les caractéristiques existant dans le spécimen. L'appropriation de cet instrument permettra une plus grande efficacité dans la recherche bibliographique ainsi que l'enregistrement de la mémoire, des subventions pour l'inclusion d'objets dans des projets de conservation préventive, pour la sécurité de la collection, entre autres dimensions de la gestion des collections spéciales.
                                            [2] => Apresenta a lógica que norteou a sistematização dos critérios de raridade da Biblioteca de História das Ciências e da Saúde para o tratamento do seu acervo. Tal trabalho tem como objetivo a identificação sobre o que é valioso em seu acervo, sobretudo no aspecto bibliográfico e orientações para a descrição bibliográfica detalhando as características existentes no exemplar. A apropriação deste instrumento permitirá maior eficiência na recuperação bibliográfica assim como o registro da memória, subsídios para inclusão dos itens em projetos de conservação preventiva, para a segurança do acervo, dentre outras dimensões da gestão de coleções especiais.
