                    [0] => Objective: Artificial intelligence, as an interdisciplinary field, presents its literature in several areas of knowledge, and its applications offers important contributions for the scientific fields that it dedicates. This study aim is to analyze the scientific production on artificial intelligence in open access scientific articles in the health field and understand its indicators of impact.
Methods: It is a descriptive, exploratory and quantitative research, that uses bibliometric and altmetric techniques in complementarity with the aim of ascertaining academic impact through citations data and the on-line attention through the mentions found in the sources of the Social Web. The production data and its metrics were obtained in consultation in Dimensions; and altmetric data retrieved via Altmetric Explorer.
Results: In total, 3,121 articles published between 2014 and 2019 were analyzed. The temporal distribution shows increase, with 2019 showing the highest concentration of articles. The academic impact was considered moderate, 70.81% have citation data and, for the visibility, 61.93% presented altmetric data regarding the mentions in the sources of the Social Web. Citations are frequent in old articles and on-line attention is greater for recent publications. Social media as sources with a greater number of mentions, followed by news portals and blogs.
Conclusions: It is considered that, by complementing traditional metric studies, such as bibliometrics and citations, altmetrics and its alternative indicators enable a broader understanding of the real impact caused by scientific productions.@en
                    [1] => Objetivo: A inteligência artificial, como campo interdisciplinar, tem sua literatura presente em diversas áreas do conhecimento e suas aplicações têm oferecido importantes contribuições para os campos científicos que a ela se dedicam. Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar a produção científica sobre inteligência artificial em artigos científicos de acesso aberto na área da saúde e compreender seus indicadores de impacto.
Método: Trata-se de pesquisa descritiva, exploratória e quantitativa, que utiliza técnicas bibliométricas e altmétricas em complementaridade, a fim de averiguar o impacto acadêmico por meio dos dados de citações e a atenção on-line pelas menções encontradas nas fontes da Web Social. Os dados da produção e suas métricas de citação foram obtidos em consultas a Dimensions; e os dados altmétricos recuperados via Altmetric Explorer.
Resultado: Ao todo foram analisados 3.121 artigos publicados entre 2014 e 2019. A distribuição temporal demonstrou-se crescente, tendo 2019 a maior concentração de artigos. O impacto acadêmico registrou cobertura de 70,81% dos artigos com dados de citações e, para a visibilidade, 61,93% obtiveram dados altmétricos referentes às menções na Web Social. As citações são frequentes em artigos antigos e a atenção on-line é maior para publicações recentes. As mídias sociais são as fontes com maior quantidade de menções, seguidas pelos portais de notícias e blogs.
Conclusões: Considera-se que, ao complementar os estudos métricos tradicionais, como os bibliométricos e de citação, a altmetria e seus indicadores alternativos possibilitam uma compreensão considerada mais ampla do real impacto causado pelas produções científicas.@pt
