                    [0] => Objective: Check the degree of adherence of the internal audit to the PPIE - Principles of Strategic Information Production, proposed by Washington Platt.Method: The approach is an action research, of an applied nature, since a relationship was established between knowledge and action, implicated in the situation investigated in face of reality; with a view to researching Platt´s (1974) model and documentary focused on the examination of IPPF norms. Still, we used the interview survey to investigate the stages of strategic information production in the practice of auditing.Result: The survey results indicate that the practical steps of internal audit are highly adherent to the strategic information creation model used.Conclusions: It concludes, based on that theory, that the internal audit is a process of strategical information production.@en
                    [1] => Objetivo: Verificar o grau de aderência da auditoria interna aos PPIE – Princípios de Produção de Informações Estratégicas, método proposto por Washington Platt.Método: A abordagem é de uma pesquisa-ação, de natureza aplicada, visto que se estabeleceu uma relação entre o conhecimento e ação, implicada na situação investigada frente a realidade; bibliográfico com intuito de pesquisar a respeito do modelo de Platt (1974), e documental focado no exame das normas do IPPF. Ainda, usou-se do levantamento com entrevista para investigar as etapas da produção de informação estratégicas na prática da auditoria.Resultado: Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que as etapas práticas da auditoria interna são aderentes ao modelo de criação de informação estratégica utilizado.Conclusões: Concluiu-se que a auditoria interna, na prática, é um processo de produção de informação estratégica.@pt
