                    [0] => Law 11,892 / 2008 created the Network of Vocational, Scientific and Technological Education, composed by the Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology, a Technological University, Federal Centers of Technological Education (CEFET-RJ and CEFET-MG) Techniques linked to Universities. Of these modifications the Federal Institutes represent the greatest innovation, with a new institutional matrix. However, we need to look at whether this array is being deployed and what are the major constraints for that to happen. Thus, this text takes the form of a critical essay that addresses the main problems of this new institutional matrix in the perspective of the management of these new federal institutions and their juridical-institutional relations.@en
                    [1] => A lei 11.892/2008 criou a Rede de Educação Profisisonal, Científica e Tecnológica, composta pelos Institutos Federais de Educação, Ciência e Tecnolofia, por uma Universidade Tecnológica, pelos Centros Federais de Educação Tecnológica (CEFET-RJ e CEFET-MG) e pelas Escolas Técnicas vinculdas às Universidades. Dessas modificações os Institutos Federais representram a maior inovação, com uma nova matriz institucional.  No entanto, é preciso analisar se essa matriz está sendo implantada e quais são os maiores impecilhos para que isso aconteça. Assim, esse texto assume a forma de um ensaio crítico que aborda os principais problemas dessa nova matriz institucional na perpectiva da gestão dessas novas instituições federais e suas relações jurídico-institucionais.@pt
