Resumo As principais questões relacionadas ao que entendemos ser o autor e seus direitos autorais num ambiente intensamente influenciado por sistemas de informação em rede envolve a expansão do que entendemos ser a produção de conteúdo e a influência das relações estabelecidas em rede. Discutimos neste artigo como a lógica do conteúdo, a lógica das relações e a lógica dos padrões em rede podem influenciar novas concepções e modos de pensarmos no conceito do autor de uma obra.Palavras-chave padrão, rede, conteúdo, relação. Abstract The main issues related to what we understand to be the author and his copyright in an environment heavily influenced by information systems in a network involves the expansion of what we understand to be the production of content and influence of established relationships in the network. In this article we discuss how the logic of content, the logic of relations and the logic of patterns in the network can influence new ideas and ways of thinking about the concept of an author´s work.
