This study it has for objective to present a mapping of abilities of the staff of the Central Library Prof. Faris Michaele of the State University of Thick Tip â Parana. For in such a way, the positions existing and identified its attributions had been listed to direct and to establish lines of direction. Were verified that for the segment Librarian, the knowledge and the abilities had reached the strong points, average and weak and the attitudes had reached strong and average points. To assist it of Library, the knowledge and abilities had reached strong points and average and the attitudes had been all classified as average points. For the segment Technician of Library, the knowledge and abilities had been classified enter strong points and average and the attitudes all had reached strong points.@en

Este estudo tem por objetivo apresentar um mapeamento de competências do staff da Biblioteca Central Prof. Faris Michaele da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa – Paraná. Para tanto, foram listados os cargos existentes e identificadas as suas atribuições para direcionar e estabelecer diretrizes. Verificou-se que para o segmento Bibliotecário, os conhecimentos e as habilidades atingiram os pontos fortes, médios e fracos e as atitudes atingiram pontos fortes e médios. Para o Auxiliar de Biblioteca, os conhecimentos e habilidades atingiram pontos fortes e médios e as atitudes foram todas classificadas como pontos médios. Para o segmento Técnico de Biblioteca, os conhecimentos e habilidades classificaram-se entre pontos fortes e médios e todas as atitudes atingiram pontos fortes.@pt
