This work is a partial result of the production of the dissertation on information and social memory of Casa de flour in Terreirão village in Muniz Ferreira, Bahia. Therefore, this work is justified by enabling the expansion of knowledge about afro-indigenous trajectories and narratives, and by the understanding that there is a scientific need in the area, to expand the understanding of ethnic-racial communities, since it is necessary to fight against structural, institutional and scientific racism that has produced oblivion and erasure of these stories. Furthermore, our problem is to know: What informational elements can we identify in the Casa de flour, considering the ethnic-racial influences (indigenous and African)? Thus, the general objective is to identify the informational elements of the place, through the Casa de farinha. The specific objectives are: to record the narratives about the origin of Povoado Terreirão; present the informational elements developed at the Casa de farinha do Povoado Terreirão; report the territorial formation of the place in the context of the Recôncavo Baiano and the municipality of Muniz Ferreira; and point out the documentary information about the place. The methodology used is descriptive and qualitative. Methods of ethnomethodology, exploratory research and case study were used. The techniques and procedures adopted were: field visit, field diary, interviews, direct and participant observation, bibliographic and documentary research. Its partial results are the narratives about the territorial formation of the place and the presentation of informational elements that represent the ethnic-racial information observed in locu.@en

Este trabalho é resultado parcial da produção da dissertação sobre a informação e a memória social da Casa de Farinha no povoado Terreirão em Muniz Ferreira, Bahia. Logo, este trabalho se justifica por possibilitar a ampliação do conhecimento sobre as trajetórias e narrativas afro-indígenas, e pela compreensão de que há uma necessidade científica na área, de ampliar o entendimento a respeito de comunidades étnicas-raciais, uma vez que é necessário o combate contra o racismo estrutural, institucional e científico que tem produzido esquecimentos e apagamentos sobre essas histórias. Outrossim, nosso problema é saber: Quais elementos informacionais podemos identificar na Casa de Farinha, considerando as influências étnico-raciais (indígenas e africanas)? Assim, o objetivo geral é identificar os elementos informacionais do lugar, através da Casa de Farinha. Os objetivos específicos são: registrar as narrativas sobre a origem do Povoado Terreirão; apresentar os elementos informacionais desenvolvidos na Casa de Farinha do Povoado Terreirão; relatar a formação territorial do lugar no contexto do Recôncavo Baiano e do município de Muniz Ferreira; e apontar as informações documentais sobre o lugar. A metodologia utilizada é de abordagem descritiva e qualitativa. Utilizou-se métodos da etnometodologia, da pesquisa exploratória e do estudo de caso. As técnicas e procedimentos adotados foram: visita de campo, diário de campo, entrevistas, observação direta e participante, pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Tem como resultados parciais as narrativas sobre a formação territorial do lugar e a apresentação dos elementos informacionais que representam a informação étnico-raciais observados in loco.@pt
